back Jane This is definitely our restaurant of choice for Steve{my husband} and I. We were engaged at the Cedar Falls Brown Bottle in May 1982. We have been going to the restaurant every anniversary since; it is a tradition. We met in February 1982, he proposed in May and we were married in July. It was a quick courtship and we have been married 27 years. I know that it probably was the Brown Bottle that sealed the deal. I hope we continue to celebrate many more anniversaries there. I knew we were meant for each other when he enjoyed the restaurant as much as I do.
